phlagi Terms & Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlagi ("phlagi," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlagi website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phlagi Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phlagi Platform.

To register and use the phlagi Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. phlagi does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money game on the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phlagi, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phlagi Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

By registering with phlagi, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

To access real-money games and services on phlagi, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all phlagi accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active phlagi account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlagi login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phlagi support immediately. phlagi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): phlagi may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

phlagi reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the phlagi Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: phlagi accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your phlagi account instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phlagi aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• phlagi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for details.
• phlagi does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

phlagi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phlagi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and validity periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• phlagi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus forfeited and their account suspended.

All games available on the phlagi Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation: All phlagi games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favor of phlagi or any player.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The conduct of live games is governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, phlagi will follow the game provider's established procedures for resolving interrupted rounds.

• phlagi reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.
• Winnings from voided rounds will not be paid out. Stakes from voided rounds will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the game server records, the server records shall be the definitive source of truth.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlagi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using the phlagi Platform for any money laundering activity or for the financing of any illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of payment methods, charge-backs, or identity theft.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the phlagi Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phlagi staff or other players through any communication channel.

phlagi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Tools Available to All phlagi Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard to help manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.

All content on the phlagi Platform — including but not limited to the phlagi brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phlagi or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phlagi Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the phlagi Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any phlagi content.
• Use any phlagi trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phlagi Platform.

Any unauthorized use of phlagi's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlagi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phlagi Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond phlagi's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content or promotional materials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the phlagi Platform.

The phlagi Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlagi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

phlagi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the phlagi Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized gaming experiences. phlagi does not sell your personal data to third parties.

phlagi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure for cause, phlagi reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where account closure is not due to a breach by the player, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the completion of any required compliance checks.

You may also close your phlagi account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you after completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

phlagi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phlagi will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phlagi Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlagi Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

phlagi operates in alignment with the guidelines and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by phlagi may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.
